Abdessadeq Ourkiya

The PEI Unit of the GIP-FTLV de Bourgogne focuses on three main missions:

1) Monitoring, analysis, and communication: Support for vocational education and training (VET) and the BFC regional academic network through strategic monitoring, expert analysis, and communication. This includes identifying European best practices and developing innovative pedagogical solutions with transnational partners.

2) Training and pedagogical engineering, and management of innovative projects: Analyzing needs, designing, implementing, and evaluating major projects, often involving transnational partners. These projects aim to harmonize pedagogical practices and create innovative resources and tools. They often involve service delivery, partnerships, or coordinated responses to European and international calls for proposals, aligning with European priorities.

3) Project management and coordination: Large-scale projects, often involving 3 to 12 European partners, require significant organizational management to coordinate tasks, oversee international collaboration, and ensure administrative and financial compliance. These projects follow European quality standards, with evaluations conducted during intermediate and final reporting stages.

Since 2010, the GIP-FTLV of Burgundy and its PEI ensure the management of European projects in consortium from the setting up to the final evaluation.

We work in close collaboration with the schools of our region, some of which are partners in our current projects. The use of the eTwinning and ESEP platform would allow us to more easily put foreign establishments in contact with our own and to initiate good dynamics of European exchanges.
