20 years of experience as an EFL teacher at early education, primary and secondary school levels, experience as a trainer and educational leader; experience in project evaluation and quality control; vast experience in preparing, implementing, and accounting for projects financed from EU sources; experience in international cooperation, ability to work in multilingual and multicultural groups; experience in creating educational materials; experience in implementing innovative methodological solutions based on the concepts of neuroscience and neuro-didactics, Building Learning Power approach, Storytelling, and Project Based Learning, author of publications for the school education sector: "How to learn creatively?" and eTwinning seminars on the development of Personal Learning and Thinking Skills. The initiator and leader of the Professional Learning Communities in schools.
